Reconciliation in action.

Shared Prosperity Now: Indigenous Leadership for a Stronger Canada.

The 2025 Indigenous Partnerships Success Showcase

Now in Year 6, IPSS continues its mission to define the UNDRIP era on our own terms — not as a slogan, but as a real, working model of economic reconciliation. Since that first gathering, it’s grown into Canada’s leading event for showcasing what’s possible when Indigenous communities and industry partners come together in mutual respect.

Today, the Indigenous economy is valued at over $30 billion, and it’s on track to triple to $100 billion. That growth isn’t happening by accident. It’s being driven by strategic partnerships, the kind that IPSS puts at centre stage.

Economic reconciliation isn’t just a moral imperative, it’s the smartest path forward. It’s how we create strong, self-determined futures for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. And it’s how we build shared prosperity for all Canadians in a time of real transformation.

The Indigenous Partnerships Success Showcase (IPSS) is an annual event responding to the growing demand for practical guidance on how First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities and their enterprise partners can work together, in common purpose, for shared success.

Over five consecutive years of steady growth and relationship building, IPSS has earned national recognition for its contributions to advancing Indigenous economic development. Its success is further underscored by strong engagement from Indigenous communities, government leaders, industry executives, and policymakers.

This year, we will welcome 180 delegates to the IPSS 2025 executive leadership summit. Delegates will have access to Indigenous-led partnership rooms that allow opportunity for business and community.

Additionally, IPSS will host 300 attendees for The Gathering: Reconciliation in Action, a full-day Indigenous-led program. The day concludes with the IPSS 2025 Gala Dinner & Awards Night celebrating the IPSS Shared Prosperity Awards.

Malcolm Macpherson, IPSS 2025 Event Chair

“The Indigenous Partnerships Success Showcase is a must attend for executives involved at the confluence of mineral and hydrocarbon extractive enterprises and duty to consult rights owing to Canada's First Peoples. This is especially true in the context of the Liberal government's plans to fast-track what it calls projects in the national interest pursuant to 'one Canadian economy' legislation.” - Malcolm Macpherson, IPSS 2025 Event Chair

Moving towards reconciliation requires a clearly articulated destination: one where everyone can see themselves included. The mission of the Indigenous Partnerships Success Showcase is to cultivate a shared sense of purpose and direction. By highlighting the relationships that underpin economic reconciliation, we enable participants and society at large to build toward an inclusive vision for what reconciliation looks like into the rest of the 21st century.

Our Governing Council.

The Indigenous Partnerships Success Showcase is steered by a Governing Council led by our chair, Chief Ian Campbell. The council provides high-level decision-making and guidance to our leadership team. Council members come from a diverse cross-section of industries and sectoral backgrounds spanning energy, education, government and more from British Columbia to Nova Scotia.
